If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following:
• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
• Some products (e.g., personalized/custom items) may not be eligible for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
